The Life’s Story

Hey, my name is Grace, but you knew that already and I am just your average girl with a tumblr. This is my personal blog and I tend to post things that I like such as: food, cute things, CATS, pretty things, graphics, Harry Potter, hot guys, and basically stuff I like. It is what it is and I will never ask you to follow me. You can do so if you like the stuff I post. Similarly, don’t ask me to follow you. I will only do so if I like your blog.

You don’t really know how many times I get asked if I’m Korean or not so I’m clearing this up right here. I am CHINESE! I appreciate my culture and I respect every other.

I go to UCSC, sluggin’ it! After one part exploring and two parts failing I have decided to be a Psych major. I really like observing people and their behaviors and pretend I’m Sherlock Holmes.

I love music, it is a very important part of my life. I’ve played violin for over nine years now, yikes! I enjoy classical music but I like other genres too. I listen to all kinds of music and am very open to listening to new things. Anything but Hip-hop/Rap and Country really.

Fashion is also another one of my obsessions. My tastes lean towards the classic, and a bit formal and often times I come off as hipster. But meh, that’s just what I like. I tend to dress more for warmth, seeing as I’m terribly afraid of the cold. Thank the Asian blood, haha!

That’s me in a nutshell. If you want to know more, don’t hesitate to ASK! :)

Oh and if you were wondering what the hell is going on with my blog name, it’s Japanese: “kowagaranaide” meaning “don’t be afraid.” It’s a line from the films Howl’s Moving Castle and The Borrower Arrietty, both by Studio Ghibli.
